| Day 1 : Arrival - Yangon
Arrive at Yangon Airport by flight.
Welcome by our local tour guide and transfer to Hotel for check-in.
Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, sightseeing to SHWEDAGON
PAGODA - world famous golden stupa in the dome shape rises 98
meters above its base and covered with 60 tons of pure gold and
CHAUKHTATGYI RECLINING BUDDHA IMAGE - a colossal reclining
Buddha. Proceed to BOGYOKE (SCOTT) MARKET with time to browse
among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargains. Welcoming Dinner
and Cultural show at KARAWEIK PALACE FLOATING RESTAURANT
built in a style of Royal Barge used by the old days Kings. Your
first night of stay in Yangon.
Day 2 : Yangon - Heho - Pindaya
After breakfast in hotel, leave Yangon
for Heho by domestic flight. On arrival Heho, continue excursion
by road (100km) to PINDAYA.Lunch at local restaurant. After
lunch, sightseeing highlights include the scenic lake and PINDAYA
CAVES - unique for the thousands of Buddha images placed there
by pilgrims over many centuries, traditional SHAN PAPER MAKING
and UMBRELLA MAKING villages. Dinner at local restaurant
and overnight in Pindaya.
Day 3 : Pindaya - Inle Lakeb
After breakfast in hotel, drive to
Inle lake and check in hotel on arrival at Inle lake and then sightseeing
INLE LAKE by boat. An excursion boat on Inle Lake will include
sights of the famous leg-rowers, typical floating gardens, local
methods of fishing & village life. Visits are made to PHAUNGDAWOO
PAGODA. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to the weaving village
of INPAWKHON and NGAPHEKYAUNG MONASTERY - well know
for its jumping cats and numerous collections of Buddha images and
alters. Dinner at & overnight at the hotel in Inle Lake.
Day 4 : Inle Lakeb - Heho - Yangon
Start your day with breakfast at the
Hotel. Transfer to Heho to fly to YANGON by domestic flight.
Lunch at the local restaurant. After lunch, begin Yangon half day
sightseeing such as KYAUKTAWGYI BUDDHA IMAGE – the
world largest marble Buddha image curved from a single block of
marble stone weight over 600 tons, MAHAPASANA CAVE - where
sixth Buddhist synod took place; KABA AYE (World Peace) Pagoda,
BOTATAUNG PAGODA, a famous landmark on Yangon waterfront
and STRAND JETTY to see life on the Yangon river. Dinner
at the local restaurant.
Day 5 : Yangon Departure
After breakfast in hotel, transfer to airport for flight back to home. |
