1. PASSPORTS :
Required by all. Passports must be valid for at least 3 months when applying visa.

2. VISAS :
Required by all nationalities except Thailand, Filipino, Malaysia... and usually delivered by the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in passenger's home countries or via other countries such as Thailand, Singapore... who normally requires the original passport and 2 photo for some working days in order to stamp the visa.

A.Personal data required : must be supplied to us at least 2 weeks before the arrival date to Vietnam:

- Full name as per passport
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Sex
- Date and place to issue visa
- Date and point of entry into Vietnam.

B.Validity : 1 month from date of entry. Visas can be extended for another month.

C. Cost : (for approval letter only).

01 month single entry visa

3 days after getting your visa requirement, we will fax the approval letter to you to present it to the Vietnamese embassy in your country together with followings for getting visas stamped:
- 2 completed application forms.
- Valid passport with 02 passport-size photos.

The fee for this letter is :

1-4 pax: USD 25 per person
5-9 pax: USD 19 per person
From 10 pax up: USD 16 per person

Visa on arrival : can be obtained on arrival only at the following entry points into Vietnam: 3 International Airports (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh & Danang). The visa stamping fee is USD 25/pax (paid to Immigration office at the airport upon arrival).

To get the visa on arrival, clients must have an Approval letter from Vietnam Immigration (applied by IndochinaTour.com) ensuring that they will have visa stamped at the arrival airport). 3 days after getting your visa requirement, we will fax the approval letter to you.

The fee for this application and assistance at the airport is : USD 30 per person

Some special nationality such as Chinese, Vietnamese Oversea, Muslims and American, the visa fee will be advised upon request.
