1. Tom Yam Goong
It is the most famous and popular Thai food with generous use of fragrant herbs. With lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and shallots mixing in this soup and chillis and fish sauce give it a memorable smell. The main ingredients are shrimp and mushrooms. Many tourists love it.
2. Kuay Tiew Nam

First you need you take one rice wrapper and place one leaf of lettuce, then place one teaspoon of pork, mushroom and cucumber. And roll the wrapper and tuck in the sides. It’s an amazing taste.
7. Khao Niew Mamuang
It is a special dessert in Thailand. One side of the plate put on the mongo and one side put on the sticky rice with coconut juice. The sour of mango will be neutralized by the sweet sticky rice.
8. Gai Med Ma Moung
It is the stir fry chicken with cashew nuts. Making this dish will take a lot of time, but the result will make you never regret teh time you spent. The cashew can strengthen the flavour and the spring onion and red chili can make it colorful.
9. Tom Kha Gai
This is a chicken soup with coconut milk. Adding the chili oil, cilantro leaves and lime wedges to improve taste. It can be also made with shrimp, pork, beef or mushroom. The flavour will be more pleasant.
10. Massaman Curry
Massanman means Muslim in Thai, which is the community to heartily thank for this concoction of coconut milk, potatoes, roasted peanuts, bay leaves, sugar, cinnamon, and tamarind sauce.
