I like that they accommodated a very customized and packed itinerary and it was well organized so time was fully utilized/maximized . We got to see the top attractions that way for our limited time. The guides ( Le and Nghia) were both very accommodating. Mr Le made sure we got great photos. Nghia was very supportive of our family’s other needs. This agency is very commendable, Vietnamese cuisine was great but would just suggest a little more variety in the menu sets of the included meals. She was very prompt, courteous and explained different options in details. Since this was a custom tour, the preferences given to her (such as veg. food etc) were easily accommodated.\n\nI has to change itinerary a few times and there was prompt response each time. The options were clearly explained. Srey was very friendly and was available via WhatsApp chat as well as telephone call.\n\nI am thoroughly impressed at the quality of service, pricing and options - including visiting places like Singapore and Bali.
