Welcome to Phnom Penh!.
Begin your journey with a visit to the Killing Fields, that were a place of execution and burial of people considered a threat or enemy of the Khmer Rouge regime (1975-1979). You'll walk near the fields which have been excavated, and see the monument which now houses the skulls of the victims. You'll also see an old tree which is notable for its eerie and death-like appearance. Next, you'll continue to Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. Prior to 1975 Toul Sleng was a high school. When Khmer Rouge came to power in 1975, they converted it into the S-21 prison.
For those who crave an adrenaline hit, swing by a gun range where you can try firing classic military weapons like the AK-47. After lunch, spend your leisure time.
In the evening, during sunset time you will have a welcoming dinner on the Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers, soaking in golden views of the skyline while enjoying cold drinks. After the night, be prepare as your wheels hit the dirt tomorrow.

Adventure Start from Phnom Penh to Kampot, 180 Km (B, L)

Today, Start the adventure by leaving from Phnom Penh, you’ll ride into the peaceful Cambodian countryside. The road changes from smooth pavement to dusty trails lined with tall palm trees and small wooden houses on stilts. Along the way, you can stop to enjoy tasty local food.
You will arrive at Kep, a quiet town by the sea with many old buildings that tell stories from long ago. Next, you will reach Kampot, a charming town nestled between the mountains and the ocean. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, sip a cold drink by the river. The vibe here will make you feel right at home.

Kampot to Chi Phat, 200 Km (B, L)
After breakfast, you will ride west into the Cardamom Mountains, one of the last wild places in Southeast Asia. The road turns into rough dirt, gravel, and narrow jungle paths. It is a wild ride with river crossings and twisting trails through thick green forest which is exactly what you came here to experience. As you go deeper, you will see fewer towns and people. This is the real Cambodia, quiet and untouched.
By late afternoon, you will reach Chi Phat, a small village accessible only by boat or jungle trail. It is simple but warm, run by locals who live close to nature. After a long day riding, enjoy a home-cooked Khmer meal, listen to the sounds of the jungle at night, and get ready for the next day’s adventure.

Chi Phat to Tatai, 200 Km (B, L)
Today is another real backcountry riding day. The trail from Chi Phat goes deep into the forest. You will find narrow paths, some tricky spots, and maybe a fallen tree or two to get around. This is the kind of ride that takes you off the map, far from busy roads and tourists. As you ride through thick rainforest, small villages and river crossings appear unexpectedly. These places are rarely visited by travelers.
By late afternoon, the jungle opens to show the calm Tatai River. Here, the eco-lodge sits quietly on the riverbank, surrounded by mountains and water. It looks like a picture from a travel magazine. You can swim, relax on the deck, or sip a cold beer while enjoying the amazing view.

Tatai to Pramaoy, 175 Km (B, L)
Starting from Tatai, the road changes a lot as you head north. Smooth pavement gives way to rocks, gravel, and mud while you climb higher into the Cardamom Mountains. The ride is tough and takes effort, but the views and quiet trails make it worth every moment. Tall trees, misty mountain tops, and remote paths show you that you are riding in a place very few have been.
If the conditions are good, you will take on the famous Tiger Trail. This narrow and tricky route winds through untouched forest and is not easy, but it is incredibly beautiful. Not many riders get to try it, and those who do always remember it.
The day ends in Pramaoy, a small mountain town with a simple main street but lots of charm. Here you can relax, enjoy a cold drink with your group, and eat a hearty local meal. The evening is perfect for sharing stories and feeling proud of how far you have come.

What Our Customers Saying...

We had Indochina customise a 21 day individual tour for us and I highly recommend it.
A family member actually said to me last night ‘how did you even go find out about some of those places?’ and I simply replied ‘our tour operator’.
We spent 21 days touring Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Our guides were professional, timely, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just awesome! Hotels were spot on. Great locations, awesome facilities, attentive staff and some were full of character (in the best way). I usually spent so much time researching hotels and am very particular - these were better than I could have chosen.
Drivers were exceptional. Safe and always pressing a lovely cold water bottle into your hands.
A highlight of our trip was a visit to Free The Bears in Luang Prabang Laos. I have travelled quite a lot, and I feel this was one of my favourite ever travel experiences. This was added by our travel consultant Sreypov after I asked for some other experience to be excluded. However, animal ethics and welfare are important to me, so when I saw ‘bear sanctuary’ added I asked which one - and when Sreypov said Free The Bears I was very excited as they are a very ethical organisation. When I said this, Sreypov added Apopo - the mine detection rats - another bucket list for me! So our tour became very much about our interests. I actually wish I’d told Sreypov more about the things we liked to do and customised a bit more - as those customisations were the highlights!
I have so many friends asking me who organised my trip as they were following our adventures on Facebook and said our trip seemed one of the best they had seen.
Sreypov And Kea were both awesome to work with - so responsive to my emails - and there were a few!
They organised everything for us. Now, there are cheaper deals out there - but know this - this was a trip of a lifetime and there were NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. We barely spent a cent.
The lunches that were included were HUGE. A little too much food at times and at good quality restaurants and we got to try a nice variety of local cuisine. We did laugh and say our biggest expense was a cold alcoholic beverage at the end of the day! It was about the only thing not included (though two guides even bought us a surprise iced coconut coffee which was lovely!).
Whilst all internal flights were included (and oh wow, the guides meet you at arrivals, transport you to hotel and even check you in… but then they don’t drop you back at airport, they come in, check you in, and escort you all the way, it’s so lovely!) we did organise our own flights to Vietnam from Australia. And guess what did go wrong - those flights! However, when I was freaking out and worried, I reached out to Kea and she helped me through contacting our airline and fixing issue - even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Very grateful.
So yes, we had the trip of a lifetime and I highly recommend this company. We were very impressed with their care of us and professionalism.
We ran into some friends from home during our trip, they were doing a small group trip with another company and I feel we were having a much better time. It might cost more to have individual trip but that’s the difference between a holiday and a trip of a lifetime.
My tip - do tell them what you enjoy and have them customise the trip for you.

My sister and I travel together yearly. We carefully select a company we believe will create a tour that satisfies our needs by reading our texts carefully and asks searching questions to understand our interests and meet our needs.
In searching for a company we quickly realised that this company has The abilities and professional approach to bring our trip together with pleasure.

Indochina yours from Day 1 of contacting them was responsive, truly speaking I don't know when the staff of Indochina tours actually takes hours of a day off.
Kim arranged the itinerary first for us and then passed it over to Helen. Helen has an amazing team looking into each details a family visiting the Indochina belt for the first time would require/need to know.
She was so meticulous in detailing that she would specify the dress codes expected on each day of the tour as we were visiting themes and stupas.
The hotels and the food arranged by Indochina was great, all of their guides were knowledgeable and friendly.
I would surely recommend Indochina tours to all, it's a totally different way to visit the Indochina belt and see it through the eyes of the locals.

We went on a 16 days trip to Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia with this Tour Company. They are exceptionally helpful and nice all throughout the process. From airport pick ups, tour guides, guided day tours and admin communication, definitely a 10/10 for us. My mom was the one who booked the tour with Ivy and I had a tour communication with Helen. Both are very helpful with the tour details and were able to explain everything to us and gave us the itinerary that we asked for.
For me the best part was in Siem Reap Cambodia, the guided tour in Angkor Wat was just too majestic and surreal. It was the best moment on our trip. Our guide, Mr. Vantha, was so knowledgeable and really made us welcome in Cambodia. His communication skills were exceptional and gave us a unforgettable tour.
Another exceptional tour we had was in Sapa, Vietnam. With our tour guide Ms. Mang Tan, she gave the experience where you get to engage with the local villagers and get to see their daily living. It was an awesome experience.
I thank the Indochina Team especially for Ivy and Helen for making this trip remarkable. Will definitely recommend!

I went to Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and Bangkok in May. The tour, just nine days, served as a good introduction to three different cities and cultures.
A shout out to Ivy Wu and Helen for working on logistics and to our tour guides Johnny, Sarin Mut and Nice for making this trip educational and thoroughly enjoyable.

We went through Indochina Tours a couple years ago for a trip through Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and had a great time! So we had them organize a tour in Indonesia in Bali, Komodo national Park and Labuan Bajo with a boat trip to see the park and snorkeling. It was also a great trip!
They pay attention to detail and are concerned for our comfort and safety. Sreypov and Sreykea are so kind and easy to work with! Always willing to meet our needs and refine the itinerary to cover what we want to see. We truly appreciate them. We hope to go to Vietnam next year and will be using them for that trip, too. We highly recommend them!

Elena and Helen of IndoChina Tour arranged a fabulous, personalized tour of Vietnam and Bali for us. Vietnam is an amazing country, rich in culture, beautiful scenery and friendly people. Two weeks was not enough. Helen's arrangements were top notch, from guides to entry fees and travel, everything ran like clockwork.
The only issue we had was with Vietjet.com flights that were cramped and delayed. Bali was also great and when we had a problem with a guide in Bali, Helen immediately arranged a replacement. It was comforting to know that Helen could be contacted at any time.
Thank you Helen and Elena for such amazing service. We will definitely be using IndoChina Tour again. Jemmini, South Africa.

Maiky was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had ideas and she helped us to implement them, make recommendations and put together a very memorable trip. We felt safe every step of the way and had a driver and guide throughout, starting with our pick-up at the airport in Ho Chi Min City, through 4 in-country flights and back to the US 16 days later.
The guides were wonderful as well. Especially enjoyed John Tran, Pasquale, Luat and Luu Vu. Kea was also good at follow-up when needed. Angor Wat and the people of Cambodia were especially memorable as were Hoi An and the Mekong Delta. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
