The staff spoke excellent English and could not be more helpful. Laundry was done quickly and professionally. Great location to explore the buzzing streets of Hanoi. The staff booked our Sa Pa trekking tour, we stayed at the Eden hotel in Sa Pa which had spectacular views. Superb hotel!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in June and absolutely loved it. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the pool was fantastic to cool off in after a busy day of sightseeing. The location in the Old Quarter is fantastic with heaps of great restaurants within walking distance.
