Governors house can be recommended as an alternative to the regular chain hotel. It's wonderfully decorated in the colonial style and rooms, while being somewhat small, have their individual, tasteful characters. The lobby with it's bar is a gem. Service Wes impeccable - all wishes were fulfilled without delay (Thank you Francois!). Excellent a la carte breakfast.

We loved every aspect of our stay here. The pleasant, helpful staff, the lovely design and fittings were top notch! Truly an oasis of gentle calm in this bustling city. Will certainly return and plan to make it our home every time we visit PP!!!
