“Amazing Service”

This hotel by far had the most amazing service, everyone was attentive and their attention to detail was definitely noticed. We stayed on the club level and the staff their were incredible they booked us dinners and confirmed the dinners by typed up formal letters. One person in our group had a peanut allergy and they wrote in vietnamese a letter we could shop all resturants.

The spa was also beautiful and i had one of the best massages. One slight issue was that the showers leak out water onto the floor but this was only minor as i would definitely come back to this hotel.

“Great stay”

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sofitel. Breakfasts were delicious with a very good variety. We enjoyed the club access with the complimentary drinks and nibbles during the day and cocktails and wine of a night. Great value!

Our room was very decorative and a good size although lounge chairs or a small sofa rather than the decorative chair would make it more comfortable.

Found the pool very inviting and cooling after venturing out during the day. The pool attendants were excellent and attentive.
