“Perfect City Retreat.......”

You may think staying in Westlake is not central enough for your holiday in Hanoi but this Hotel (City Resort) is actually perfect ... you can take a quick cab ride to the old quarter for about $4 USD explore the great shops and take in the historical sites of Hanoi..... But then you can retire back to hotel and admire the view over the lake at Sunsets bar while sipping a Moet !! the staff are very attentive and friendly ... Make sure sure you visit Ms Phuong in the bakery for afternoon tea... I will be back....

This hotel was really lovely. The staff were sooo friendly and most spoke really good English. The rooms built on the water are the way to go and worth the upgrade. Also the upgrade to have the wine and Nibbles in the afternoon are worth the extra cost also. This hotel is a little way from the Old Quarter but it is only a short Taxi ride to get there.
