“Excellent Hotel In Hanoi”

A night stay at this trendy luxury hotel was wonderful and impressive. The staff suggest a US$50 upgrade to a room with a better view, plus complimentary cocktail at sofitel club, unlimited room wifi, unlimited soft drinks in room, in additional, champagne breakfast for 2. We took this deal without regret, indeed it was the best decision! The staff Ms Hien, Ms Hoan, Mr Nam, Mr Hoai outstanding service must be credited. They went extra mile to arrange with my boy friend a banquet of flower surprise for me at no extra cost!

Have just finished a 4 night stay at the Sofitel Plaza and cannot praise the staff highly enough. From reception to restaurant/bar staff to gym staff, the friendly and helpful service was fantastic. In particular the concierges were particularly wonderful, able to accommodate all our requests and more with a smile. Rooms were comfortable and clean, gym and pool nice, and the Summit Rooftop Lounge amazing.
