We did the 15 day tour organized by Bliss and executed by Kea. The attention to detail was incredible. Our hotels and guide were first class and I would highly recommend you use them if going to Indochina. It was a trip of my lifetime! They made travel so seamless and were immediately responsive to any questions. They guided us through the visa process and reviewed all of our paperwork. (Good thing too as we had a few errors which could have been catastrophic if left to our own devices)

The guides and staff were wonderful to deal with. They were knowledgeable about the locations and accomodating. Lance and Kea were helpful during the booking process. The only confusion was when one guide would drop me off at the hotel, and another guide would pick me up in the morning. Once that was worked through, everything went smoothly.

Family trip to Laos and Cambodia

We met our adult children who were backpacking in SE Asia and traveled with them in Laos and Cambodia using Indochina for 3 weeks. With our limited time, having Indochina book our accommodation and arranging guides and transport for activities meant we could focus on enjoying the sights and experiences.

This was a private trip rather than a group tour so we were able to discuss with Bliss via email things we would like to see and do and types of accommodation that suited us. Bliss had some great suggestions such as the 'living farm' in Luang Prabang and the Apsara Theatre in Siem Reap as well as a trip to Battambang that we would not have thought of and turned out to be highlights for us.

Helen kept us up-to date via Whats-app while we were 'on the ground' including sharing tour guides numbers so we always felt in control and knew how to get in touch if we had experienced any problems.

The drivers were all great, punctual, careful and kept up a supply of cold bottled water. The tour guides (we picked up a new on at each base) were all friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English. Particularly Mr Thongsavath in Luang Prabang - who seemed to know everyone in town and the best places and times to visit them and was so friendly and Mr Vantha in Siem Reap who was so knowledgeable and fluent in English and shared so much information about Cambodia's recent and ancient history.

The hotels were all good, clean, comfortable and in excellent spots in the cities to be able to explore on our own on foot. As I discovered booking our own accommodation in Bangkok - the reality doesn't always live up to the photos on the intranet. So having someone with local knowledge booking hotels is a bonus.

We also had plenty of free time built into the trip so it really felt like a family holiday rather than a 'tour'.

If you are interested in visiting Laos or Cambodia and don't have limitless time like our children, I highly recommend booking with Indochina who are based in Cambodia and have lots of local knowledge and contacts.

Vietnam and Cambodia Essence Tour - Very well organized, itinerary needs a refresher

The communication with Indochina Tour ( Ivy was our travel consultant and Kea our tour operator) was very good from the moment I contacted them, until the last moment preparations. I mostly comunicated via email in the beginning, but I found that in the last days WhatsApp worked better. The tour went very smoothly, all the local guides were very good, very knowledgeable, spoke English well and were punctual. All the cars provided were very good as well, all SUV's. We were always picked up on time and dropped off at the aiport , as well as during the guided tours.

The itinerary could be reviewed and refreshed as some activities were dated. The HoiAn visit to the village for 'fishing' is actually very commercialized, our guide did the best to take to a better place, but the description in the tour doesn't quite match the reality. When departing from Ha Long Bay we were taken back to Hanoi (3h) and then to the airport, even though there was a flight to HoiAn from Ha Long; we spend a half day in transit and arrived very late in Hoi An; tiring and waste of precious vacation time. DaNang is a better place to overnight then HoiAn , and it's a short drive to HoiAn to visit. I asked for an additional cooking class to be booked in Saigon and they booked a very good one, I think that should be part of the tour. Notre Dame in Saigon has been and will be under renovations for a while and cannot be visited, even though the itinerary mentions it.

The Cambodia segment was really good, accomodations superior to the ones in Vietnam.

While we knew we wanted to go to these places but were unsure what we wanted to see. SreyPov was very helpful and patient with all our inquiries and we designed the perfect trip for us. We were impressed by how quickly SreyPov responded to all our inquires. Once we booked the trip, Kea was there to make arrangements for our payment and give us easy to follow instructions. Again, Kea was very proficient and responded quickly to any inquiries. Service well beyond the competition!

Indochina Tour and Ms. Kimheang helped me in organizing excellent 16-day tour around Cambodia and Laos. It was tailor-made and all my wishes were fulfilled 100%.

From the first contact until well after the trip all contact was punctual, clear and solution-oriented. Excellent service!

When it comes to tours itself, they were high quality, flexible and also included nice personal touch. In some of their competitors I have sometimes had a feeling that "when the buying customer is confirmd, then services are built by making shortcuts here and there" - meaning saving their costs.

With Indochina Tour I did not have this feeling any second during my trip. Vice versa!

During the trip plans may change a bit and sudden things happen. All the people involved (office, guides etc) were easily reachable always and they did their best in adapting to every situation, wish and so on.

While I met various guides and drivers around two lovely countries and all of them are of course individuals, I really felt that all the people working there were very humble and had a big heart in what they do for living. I had great time with all of them during my trip.

I can only recommend Indochina Tour based on my experience! Really worth the money when you want to outsource planning and organizing and just use your time wisely.

Great private tour of Thailand and Vietnam

Bliss did a great job of tailoring their standard tour for the two of us to start and finish exactly when we wanted and with an extra “free time” day in each major location. We chose the standard 5 star hotel option with room upgrades in some. All the hotels, guides, drivers and the overnight Halong Bay cruise were excellent. Overall the trip was great value. There is a different guide in each location, which meant we did hotel check in ourselves. There were some small issues with a few of our bookings and driver pickups that we were able to sort out. We found using WhatsApp was essential to quickly contact the guides and agent when needed. I thoroughly recommend a private Indochina tour for experienced travellers.

Exceptional service from pre to post tour

We came across Indochina Tour when researching for tour agencies in Vientiane, and decided to go with them, despite the slightly higher price point, as they were the only ones who responded to our queries with details. We are super glad to have chosen them, as the level of service provided was unparalleled.

From the planning of the trip, Pheakdey, who is the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and patient in crafting the itinerary for us. We had a limited time in Vientiane, and she was understanding in customising the itinerary to our schedule, including arranging for our pickup from the train station.

Sreykea, her colleague who took over after the trip is confirmed, was also incredibly helpful in answering our questions about Vientiane, up to the day before departure. When we had request for the SIM card, she took the initiative to arrange the purchase of two SIM cards for us free of charge.

Special shoutout to our guide as well, Pathanou. There was a miscommunication in terms of our pickup point, but the service recovery was commendable. They drove 30 minutes to rescue us from being stranded in an unknown train station and he was very knowledgeable during the entire trip. We learned a lot about Lao culture and history, and he was also obliging to our requests, such as visiting a different night market and dropping us at the hotel to check in.

If you're looking for a private tour with exceptional service and don't mind paying a little extra, I highly recommend Indochina Tour.

Indochina Tours created the perfect itinerary for us. Every detail was planned out by Ms. Kimheang and Ms. Sreykea - from travel arrangements to hotels to tours. Flawless and memorable family trip in Cambodia and Laos

We, a family of 3, are just back from a 18 days private tour to Cambodia and Laos with Indochina Tour. This is a second time we go with the company. The first time was a 12 days Thailand trip in Feb 2024. We were very satisfied with the Thailand trip and not disappointed this time either.

The trip to Cambodia and Laos were well paced and balanced between cultural sightseeings and beautiful sceneries. It was a fantastic, memorable trip flawlessly organized by the company. From the time I communicated with Ivy to the arrangements done by Helen, their responses were quick and addressed all my concerns.

About the trip, all hotels are well located in central area, nice and clean, and their services are excellent. Top notch is given to My Banlao hotel in Luanng Prabang. The hotel is beautiful and their staff are superb. All tour guides are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and drivers are very tentative. They always waited for us at least 15 minutes before the meeting time. Significant praise also given to our guide, Vantha, and driver, Tan, in Siem Reap, Cambodia, as well as May and Mi in Pakse, Laos. Vantha was like an encyclopedia about Cambodia history, in general, and Angkok Park in particular, especially about Angkok Wat. He could tell you legend stories, histories and had answers to my daughter’s billion questions any time. He also introduced us to Cambodia specialty food with bonus roadside stops. On top of that, when my daughter asked Vantha about the sun rise tour to see Angkok Wat which was not included in our itinerary, he talked to Indochina Tour (we didn’t know about this) and the company offered to include the tour to us as complimentary. Thanks to Vantha and Indochina Tour, we had a beautiful memory seeing the magnificent Angkok Wat in the quiet, early hours of the day. Driver Tan was always ready to open door for us, gave us cold water before we started sightseeing walks/hiking and after we came back (with cool, moist clothes to refresh). The car’s air conditioning was always on, ready for us when we came back sweaty and hot after the sight seeings. He also always cleaned the car and fold our left behind things neatly every day. The couple May (husband) and Mi (wife) in Pakse were very nice, helpful and tentative. Besides seeing all attractions included in the itinerary, they brought us to their plantation with beautiful views of the Bolaven plateau, offered to drive us to the night market for dining and to take us home after. Of courses, we could not let them waiting for us, we invited them to dine with us and had a very good time. They always offered to driving us whenever we needed.

In summary, Cambodia and Laos, were beautiful and worth seeing before the countries (especially Laos) commercially developed. And if you wanted to have a nice and worry free trip, then Indochina Tour is my recommendation. Thanks Ivy and Helen for planning and organizing this wonderful trip.

We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam, and it was incredible! We wanted an active tour that would keep our 9 and 12-year-old kids engaged, and Indochina Tour absolutely delivered.

Not only was the itinerary fantastic, but the organisation was top-notch. All the guides were knowledgeable and super accommodating, always ready to answer our questions and give great advice. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire trip.

Srey and Key were also incredibly helpful. They were super responsive and quickly sorted out a couple of last-minute changes for us.

As a family, we highly recommend Indochina Tour, especially for countries like Vietnam where English isn't always widely spoken. Having them organise everything made our two-week trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

We came back home with amazing memories and are incredibly grateful for the experience.

Thanks again to Srey and Key! We'll definitely be in touch when we're ready to plan our trip to Thailand ;-)

Too Good to be True, But it was!

The old adage that if it sounds too good to be true it usually is, made me skeptical when I first received my quote from Indochina Tours.

Since this was my first time using them I double checked with the hotels that they proposed to ensure that Indochina Tours was a legitimate agency.

Upon confirmation we went ahead and booked with them. What more can I say except that the package was a tremendous value!

My Vietnam and Cambodian Tour

To Indochina Tour Company,

I would like to express my sincere thank you to IndoChina Tour Company for making our personal tour trip (my wife and myself) simply marvelous. I want to say that from the beginning of the trip to the end, you made communication very easy and always promptly answered any questions that I had. Our first stop (Hanoi) we were welcomed by our tour guide at the airport, she proceeded to call the driver and take us to the Hotel. This occurred at all of our destination points and made the trip much easier for us. Each tour guide (5 in total) was friendly and knowledgeable about their area which made our trip more even more enjoyable. The Hotels selected by Indochina tour company (5 Star) were truly a 5 Star Hotel and the staff even made 6 Stars in my eyes. The sights we saw were unbelievable and unforgettable that it will stay with us for a very long time. We have many stories and sights to share with our friends. In closing, I would like to say that the way we were treated was VERY GOOD by all the tour guides, hotel workers, and people we met along the way. This was a 5 Star Trip!

10 day Vietnam and Cambodia

We worked with Ms. Amara from Indochina Tour to create a personalized tour for us. From the very beginning the experience has been really great. Ms. Amara was very responsive and created the unique itinerary that fitted our travel needs. We spent a couple of days in Hanoi and then went to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise, then to Cambodia for a couple of days, then to Ho Chi Minh City and finally spent a few days in Phu Quoc for a wedding, (which was outside of the tour package). The details were planned by Ms.Kea and she was also very good with communications. The hotels were nice, the tours were good and all the tour guides were great. The cars were comfortable. Throughout the trip Ms. Amara was available for any questions and was always very prompt in responding. We had a wonderful trip and would recommend IndoChina tour company to anyone who is planning a trip in that area. Thank you.

Thank you Ivy, Srykea !! Very well organized trip!

A great travel company. We traveled with them with my friends in November to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. From start to finish, our experience with Indochina Travel was exceptional. Thanks to Ivy and Srykea for organizing our custom trip as per our request. We opted for a small group tour of 8, which provided a more intimate and personalized experience. The transportation provided to us was comfortable and the itinerary was very friendly which made our trip stress free and fun for everyone. Both, Ivy and Kea were excellent in their communication and were always quick to respond to our questions and to our last minute requests. The food options were good and they accommodated to our needs. The excursions and guides and drivers were all very professional. We loved that they focused on authentic experiences and local interactions. We recommend Indochina Travel 100%.

Outstanding 28 day private tour Laos & Vietnam

We booked a 28 day private tour for 2 couples-1 couple starting in Laos for a week and the second joining in Vietnam for 3 weeks. We wanted some days with a guide and also time alone to explore or relax on our own. Our consultant at IndoChinaTour, Amara, very quickly created a great suggestion which we refined over a couple of days. Kea efficiently booked all the hotels and events which we reviewed and approved.

The tour arranged by Amara & Kea was outstanding- amazing hotels, efficient meet and greet at the airports, interesting guided tours with knowledgeable guides with local insights and skilful drivers. Amara also suggested some excellent activities: In Laos, Luang Prabang-The Elephant Village and The Living Farm were top highlights ; in Vietnam, Hoi An - Buffalo cart& fishing from Ecotours & Red Bridge Cooking class were excellent and in Saigon a Mekong delta tour with VespaAdventures was the cherry on the cake.

On one occasion when an air line moved us at checkin to an earlier flight, the response to our WhatsApp contact number from Amara was immediate.

We all agreed we had a spectacular and memorable vacation - we would readily book again with this company

One of my best trips -- thanks to Indochina Tours!!

Indochina tours made the 15 Vietnam Cambodia Laos and Thailand Highlights Tour a memorable trip of a lifetime for me. The two operator that organized our trip, SreyPov and Kea were extremely professional from the onset and were quick and informative with their responses to questions pre-trip.

Trip started in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) and continued to Hoi An and Hanoi. We then moved on to Cambodia, where we had the pleasure to meet SreyPov and Kea in person, and the even had a small gift for each person on the trip. From Cambodia we continued on to Laos and then Thailand. The tours in each of the cities mentioned were spectacular, and hotel accommodations excellent. We could not have asked for more!!. For some of the flights they even arranged for pre-check in for all thirty people on the trip. My sincere thanks to SreyPov and Kea for pulling together this amazing trip for us and for taking such good care in making sure that everything went smoothly. Thank you ladies!!! I will definitely be reaching out to you in the future.

Super great tour, everything was perfect

We came across to find a sample tour on Indochinatour.com mostly matched our wish list. Elena tweaked it to satisfy all our requests. She was extremely responsive and quickly replying to our inquires within 24 hours, offering good and professional advice.

The tour itinerary was wonderful great, and well-organized with great guides & drivers, good hotels. Elena and her team took much of the stress out of travelling in a developing country. Everything was perfect, and all we have to do was enjoying ourselves. Every moment felt like a unique Cambodia tour. If I could give Elena and Indochina Tour team more than 5 stars, I would. She is probably the best travel specialist I have ever worked with, made us feel like we were in the hands of true experts.

Every meal during the trip was a delightful food adventure, showing Cambodian delicious flavors.

Kea crafted an itinerary that perfectly balanced cultural travel experience with families’ activities, creating unforgettable memories that will last forever.

Great first-time family trip

Our family of five people had an amazing trip to Cambodia. This was our first time in Cambodia and Srey Pov was really helpful in crafting a Cambodia trip for my family. It was a tour mixed with Cambodian culture, history and the natural beauty. We began with three days in Siem Reap and the tour guide Keara shared her abundant knowledge of the Angkor Wat Complex, Angkor Thom, Ta Phrom and Banteay Srei.

We enjoyed the traditional Cambodian Apsara Dance with delicious meals in Siem Reap. The knowledge and assistance of our guides and driver enhanced our experience, allowing us to concentrate on the experience rather than worrying about missing something or how we were going to get to the next location. We highly recommend Srey Pov and her team!

My family’s trip to Cambodia and Vietnam was absolutely great!

My father had wanted to see Angkor Wat in his 70+ years. We found Indochina Tour on Google and chose them because it was a local travel company in Cambodia. They know Cambodia well. Amara quicky responded to my inquiry and tailor-made an interesting trip to Cambodia and Vietnam for us. She organized a fantastic trip to us which included wonderful travel experience and very comfortable vehicles. The tour highlighted the history and culture of Cambodia and Vietnam. The meals were super-loved. This trip would have been impossible without the team, thank you to all.

Srey Pov did an excellent job of planning the itineraries and standby for the whole trip. She quickly responded to my questions and was patient with me throughout the tour planning process.

The places that I visited were fantastic. The guides took my needs into account and made some adjustments in my trip plans, which I really appreciated. The price for the whole trip was very reasonable and the hotels were very good. The whole trip went smoothly. I would highly recommend this Southeast Asia trip and this Cambodian travel company.

Everything went smoothly

In planning phase, Bliss was really helpful and flexible to design the trip plan according to our preferences.

When we arrival at Cambodia, the pace of the trip was relaxed and the trip was really attractive. We liked all hotels involved for their quality and locations. When we travelled with Indochina Tour, the description of hotels and links to hotel’s webpage would be put in the detailed tour itineraries.

We liked all activities and travel experiences picked, such as the Vespa countryside tour in Siem Reap, Angkor Wat Complex visit, and bamboo train ride in Battambang. There was no any trouble of this trip. If I want to travel to Laos in the future, I will contact Indochina Tour right now.

This was the second time I went to Cambodia and Vietnam with Indochina Tour. Everything went smoothly according to the personalized tour plan.

We like to praise everybody involved! We were very impressed with the quick response to our needs as they put together a two-week trip to Cambodia and Vietnam.

Our guides in Cambodia and Vietnam were great. Knowledgeable, energetic and flexible to our needs during the tour. We had experienced floating down the river on a bamboo raft. Definitely a surprise and exciting thing! One of the highlights was the bamboo train in Battambang. We loved the hotels both in Cambodia and Vietnam with good location and facilities. We will not forget the places to visit. Would go back to Cambodia and Thailand again someday and recommend to anyone who plans to visit Cambodia and Thailand to go through with the Indochina Tour. We felt we got royal treatment and made changes accordingly to our satisfaction.

Tour Itineraries Were Just What I Wanted

Indochina Tour is the best of the best. Don't need to bother researching any other travel companies to help you with your Southeast Asia travel. I've used the Indochina Tour twice, including the most recent trip to Cambodia. I'm a 58-year-old woman and I travel 15 a year on a solo trip to somewhere I've never been before. Indochina Tour is the best company with whom I've worked. I contacted them after doing some research on the areas of Cambodia. I thought I was talking to an expert knowing Southeast Asia well.

They designed my travel route according to my budget, timeframe, accommodation, activities, and others. The tour itineraries were just what I wanted. The hotels booked for me were stunning and beyond my expectations. The itinerary was fun to put together. As a single female traveler, it's sometimes difficult to avoid getting hit on by guides. The guides Indochina Tour hired were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Their ability to be flexible was also great. Their English was very well. I never felt like since something was on the itinerary we had to do exactly that. It was an enchanting trip because it was Cambodia and because it was put together by Indochina Tour. Bravo to their team!

Everything Was Wonderful

I took this trip with my family of five, and we all had a great time. We enjoyed a fantastic tour of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Our guides were excellent at each location. They performed an excellent job of conveying historical and cultural knowledge. Both the guides and the assigned drivers were informed, attentive, and courteous. Beautiful experience of tasting the culture.

I hadn't been on a trip in a long time, and it was a truly fantastic experience. It was incredible to visit the majestic temples and pagodas of Cambodia and Thailand. The temples are breathtaking, and we immediately want to go back! Thailand provided us with the much-needed respite after all of our previous experiences.

But what I remember most is cooking with Mrs. Chin in Moc Village Ba Vi. The individuals here were welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home.

Everything was wonderful! Nothing was too much bother, and I felt at comfortable with each change of destination. I highly recommend this tour in particular. Be kind to the natives, and you'll realize how much love they have to offer.

Wonderful Day Exploring the Small Circuit

Angkor Wat is breathtaking, and the sunrise tour was well worth it. Beautiful sunrise with an educational and easy tour of the Angkor Wat Temple. We had a wonderful day exploring the Small Circuit.

We visited four separate temples, each with a unique viewpoint of the region's rich history. In addition, we stopped at a nice restaurant at 9:15 a.m. for a delicious dinner. Throughout the tour, we were given cold drinks and refreshing wet tissues, which were quite useful in the hot weather.

This tour and experience, along with our bus driver Tim, who always had water and a damp towel ready when we returned from the hot and sweaty walk, were the highlights of our trip. Would absolutely recommend Indochina Tour to fellow travelers as a great way to explore parts of Angkor Wat!

The tour's highlights were the early morning market on the second day (we left at 5 a.m. but would not have wanted to leave any later) and the small boat excursion on the first day.
