Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, you'll be met by your tour guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to rest and explore the city on your own.

Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast at your hotel, you'll depart for Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its emerald waters and towering limestone islands. You'll board a traditional wooden junk boat and enjoy a seafood lunch while cruising through the bay. In the afternoon, you'll visit some of the stunning caves and rock formations and have the opportunity to swim or kayak in the bay. You'll spend the night on the boat, sleeping in comfortable cabins with en-suite bathrooms.

Overnight on Halong Bay cruise.

Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the bay and participate in a Tai Chi session on the deck. After breakfast, you'll continue cruising through the bay and return to the harbor. From there, you'll be transferred back to Hanoi. In the afternoon, you'll have a half-day tour of the city, visiting some of the major highlights such as the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Old Quarter. You'll also have the chance to attend a water puppet show, a traditional form of Vietnamese entertainment.

After breakfast, you'll leave Hanoi and drive to Ba Be National Park, located in the northeastern part of the country. Along the way, you'll stop at Puong Cave, a natural limestone cave with impressive stalactites and stalagmites. In the afternoon, you'll arrive at Ba Be Lake, the largest natural lake in Vietnam, and trek through the jungle to reach your homestay. You'll stay overnight with a local family and experience their daily way of life.

After breakfast, you'll trek through the jungle to visit some of the local villages, including Khau Qua and Nam Dai. You'll have the chance to interact with the locals, learn about their culture and way of life, and try some traditional dishes for lunch. In the afternoon, you'll return to your homestay for relaxation and dinner.

Overnight in Ba Be National Park.

After breakfast, you'll embark on a trek to Tham Phay Cave, located deep in the jungle. The trek will take you through stunning landscapes, including rice fields and bamboo forests. Once you arrive at the cave, you'll explore the natural wonders and learn about its history and legends. In the afternoon, you'll return to your homestay for dinner and relaxation.

Overnight in Ba Be National Park.

After breakfast, you'll take a boat ride on Ba Be Lake, visiting some of the nearby caves and waterfalls. You'll also have the opportunity to swim in the crystal-clear water. In the afternoon, you'll return to Hanoi and check in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own.

After breakfast, you'll have a full-day city tour of Hanoi, visiting some of the major landmarks and cultural sites. You'll visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, and the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. You'll also have the chance to explore the bustling streets of the Old Quarter and try some local street food.
