Contacted the IndoChina Tour directly based upon the internet reviews and was put in touch with an amazing lady Srey Pov. She was very prompt, courteous and explained different options in details. Since this was a custom tour, the preferences given to her (such as veg. food etc) were easily accommodated.

I has to change itinerary a few times and there was prompt response each time. The options were clearly explained. Srey was very friendly and was available via WhatsApp chat as well as telephone call.

Our group of six (three couples in our late 50s and early 60s) recently spent 22 amazing days touring Vietnam, and Bliss & Kea from Indochina Tours did a fantastic job organising every detail.

They helped us customise a 14-day itinerary into a 22-day holiday by adding extra time in Hanoi, Sa Pa, Hoi An, Da Nang and Saigon, giving us the perfect balance of guided touring and free time. We also included a two-night, 5-star Lan Ha Bay cruise, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The scenery was spectacular, the staff were wonderful, and the food was outstanding.

From the moment we arrived, everything ran like clockwork. Every airport, train station and hotel transfer was organised perfectly, with friendly, knowledgeable guides waiting for us at each destination. Having different local guides in each region gave us a real insight into the history, culture and daily life of Vietnam.

The hotels were all excellent, breakfast was included every morning, and several lunches were provided during the tour. We especially enjoyed the street food tour and pho breakfast in Hanoi.

What a fantastic trip from pre-start to finish! I emailed the tour operator and tailored the trip itinerary to match my dates (extended a day) and interests. They also helped find ways to lower the cost (no guide came to the airport for example).

Amazing life changing trip that will stay with us forever

This is our second time booking our Asia experience with Indochina. They provide exceptional service. From airport and hotel pickups, the comfortable transportation and the more than eager tour guide. The majority of the hotel were the 4 * that we wanted except the ones in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai.

But because of the small village, we believe we received one of the best they could offer. The selection of restaurants to have lunch provided a local atmosphere conducive with living in the area. It provided a true Thailand experience. I will definitely continue to refer my clients and friends to Indochina tours.

The atmosphere in the old town areas throughout Vietnam are brilliant for just wandering. We travelled in June where crowds were very small apart from Ho Chi Min city and Ba Na Hills.

The staff we very informative and flexible if we wanted to stay longer than planned. Our tour would be best for couples, young or old.

Larry was our guide (2 couples from NZ) he was awesome. Very accommodating and generous giving us lots of tips and recommendations and better insight into the Vietnamese culture and world view.

From start to finish, this company have been fantastic. I was looking for a retirement trip for my parents, so wanted to book them a tour. I found a group tour which was a great price, but they weren't travelling the dates we needed. After a lot of research I found this company, who created a bespoke itinerary with a private guide and driver in each location, and for an even better price!

We ended up joining for two weeks, and it's been unbelievable. We've been treated like VIPs the whole trip (normally we backpack) and it's made a huge difference to have someone pick you up at each location.

We traveled 18 days with these folks. Kim and Kea did a very thorough job all the way from the initial inquiry to our last days.

Kim was super responsive and is really patient at making changes and accommodating different requests. Kea was the contact during our time on the trip and was also very responsive. It was reassuring to have them available for messages and questions. 

The tour they put together was accurately described, the guides were all really good, and the hotels were both well located and extremely nice with great rooms , amenities and meals. 

Vieng Vang, Laos was the only place I think we could have skipped, the place seemed more geared to backpackers. There were some caves to hike and opportunities to swim and we did. After Luong Prabang, it did not warrant the time. The indigenous local people are not available there either.

All else was was a fantastic experience. I can't say enough about the whole time there, I would fully recommend Indochina tours for a quality tour at a reasonable cost.

Indochina developed a custom tour for us in the North of Vietnam. Hanoi and Sapa. It was fabulous. All sorts of Vietnam from the bustle of hanoi including all the sights to the calm serenity of the Cham river cruise with no one else in site.

My wife and I had a 7-day tour starting in Beijing and finishing in Chengdu. The tour was organized by Ivy Wu from Indochina tours and went very, very well. We sow what we wanted for years: the Great wall, Forbiden city, Summer palace, Teracota soldiers, Panda Center etc.

We did a 35 day private tour organised by Indochina Tours, based in Siam Reap, Cambodia. Started in Bangkok, Thailand, then went to Chiang Rai followed by Chiang Mai. We then travelled to Hanoi, in Vietnam, had a cruise on Halong Bay and travelled to Hue city. From there we went to Hoi An and the spectacular lanterns then flew to Ho Chi Min city.

After a few days exploration we travelled to Siam Reap in Cambodia and the magnificent Angkor Wat Temples. These days culminated in a stay in Phnom Penh then finalised with a weeks recovery on Koh Rong Sanloem island. This was a fantastic trip for us with all the tours and visits planned by Ms Pheakdey and organised by Ms Kea.

The hotels were all excellent The local guides were great, their knowledge eclectic and they knew all the spots for the best photographs! Transport worked really well too. Cannot praise Indochina Tours enough.

Lucky was so knowledgeable and took time to explain all of the sites to us. She educated us on many aspects of Vietnam history I was unaware of. The sites were beautiful especially the cave boat tour and pagodas.

I worked with INDOCHINA Tours to set up a 14-day trip to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam (specifically, I worked with Pheakdey on the planning and Kea on the nailing down of administrative stuff).

I completely and fully recommend this company, notably Pheakdey and Kea, when looking to get some help planning and coordinating a trip in this part of the world. I had a wonderful time and got a great overview of these countries.

The planning process was wonderful - we started with a sort of base agenda, then made modifications to it (as I was looking for a bit more nature- than city-based). This process was really great - quick responses and solid suggestions. Once we locked the schedule, Kea helped to lockdown the specifics (visas, etc.). All the information provided before the trip was so helpful - a detailed itinerary, key information to know for each country, how to tip, plane tickets, etc. Just extremely thorough.

As was the actual trip. Once I got to the first stop, there really isn't too much to worry about. The guides picked up, dropped you off, no worries getting from A to B. They were kind, helpful, and shared lots of wonderful knowledge. I learned so much.

The itinerary (and adjustments) was wonderful. These folks know what they are doing!

We were recommended Indochina tours by a friend. The trip was booked quite last minute and we wanted to travel to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand for 1 Month. Indochina tours (Srey) came up with a fantastic tour where we covered as much of these countries as possible.

They organised a private guide and driver everywhere which made getting around very easy and the guides were great at providing local insight and history for the places we visited.

We had an operations guide ( Kea) who was always on hand, both before and whilst we were on the tour, to respond to any questions that we had, although everything ran very smoothly.

Highlights ere numerous but for us it was Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay, Hoi an, Phnom Penh (Killing fields and Genocide Museum), Siem Reap (Kulen Elephant farm, Angkor Wat, and Bangkok ( palaces, temples, train market and floating market). It was an amazing experience and we would recommend Indochina tours.

Excellent tour of the primary temple complex, among the many, Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Ta Prohm. Superb narration by Mr Nob, our guide, covering ancient history to the present, and he was particularly sensitive to our needs and limitations as an older group. He made accommodations as necessary.

We had lunch at two restaurants that featured delicious local Khmer cuisine and wrapped it up with a dining and cultural experience featuring Apsara dance performers. All in all, we are delighted to have signed up with Indochina Tours.

We experienced a fabulous 3 day tour of Siem Reap with Pasquale as the guide and Mr Noel as the driver. Both were extraordinarily friendly and hospitable. Pasquale’s knowledge of the history, architecture, culture, food, flora was impressively comprehensive and expansive.

We learned an incredible amount from him in a short period of time. He was relaxed, moved at our pace and tailored the tour to our interests and questions. We visited 8-10 temples, and he knew everything about each.

He suggested we visit additional temples with him based on our interests. We cannot express enough how wonderful of a guide he was for us. His generosity of spirit, candor and knowledge were unsurpassed! He left us with such a positive experience in Cambodia!

I can not say enough good things about IndoChina Tour. My daughter and I travel together frequently, and most of the time we plan our own itineraries, and book all of the travel ourselves.

This was our first time visiting Southeast Asia and there were a lot of moving parts (inter-country flights, guides, drivers, etc) and with the language barrier, I thought it prudent to seek the help of a travel agency.

I did a lot of research and settled on IndoChina Tour after scouring other traveler's reviews. We were very fortunate to have Srey Pov as our travel advisor as we did not use one of the package tours, rather provided Srey with what countries/cities we wanted to see, and then what sights we wanted to see in each of those countries.

Srey was fantastic at providing feedback on what was doable in the timeframe we had, and fitting in everything we wanted to see. She answered every question we had very quickly and with the utmost professionalism.

When we were ready to pull the trigger, I will say I was a bit hesitant to send a large payment to a foreign bank, but the level of detail Srey provided, the itinerary changes she flawlessly made, and the reviews I read all helped me feel more confident. Once the payment was made, Kea in operations took over and was just as wonderful.

Poor Kea had to deal with me - neurotic after payment to make sure that the hotels and tours we requested were booked. She patiently assured me that they were and provided me confirmation numbers so I could check myself. The tour itself was spectacular. The hotels were amazing, all included delicious spreads for breakfast, and the rooms themselves were very roomy - most with balconies. The tour guides and the drivers were top notch, we felt very cared for.

At one point I became ill and the tour guide was so sweet - I felt very comfortable having my daughter tour without me for the day. The communication between IndoChina Tour and the guides must be very good because I received a note from Kea asking if I was ok, and I really appreciated that. We toured Hanoi and Saigon/Mekong Delta, with an overnight cruise on Halong Bay in Vietnam, visited the temples in Siem Reap and Tonie Sap Lake in Cambodia, six days at a beach resort in Phuket, and ended with a few days in Bangkok.

My daughter initially wanted to cut out Cambodia, but I really wanted to visit. So glad we did because after touring the temples and going to the Cambodian circus at night, my daughter described her day as "magical". So glad we visited this beautiful country that often gets overlooked.

We were picked up at the airport at every stop by a driver and a guide, and accompanied on any tours by them as well. I felt VERY safe the entire time. The guide paid all entrance fees to sights and on most tour days, a local lunch was also included - and every one was fabulous. It was just such a seamless vacation, and all thanks to the folks at IndoChina tour.

Indochina was amazing with good, clear communication from start to end. The tours were very well organized, tour guides showed up on time and lunch selection were excellent. All the hotels selected were good quality with excellent breakfast.

Kea made sure we had a great tour. Arriving at Angkor Wat at sunrise is a must not miss experience! We went as a group of 9 friends. Half the group killed tire lake experience the next day. Perfect, timing was super.
Perhaps you can be more specific how to find the tour guy at the Hanoi airport.
There are two areas where people pick up the guests - inside the building and outside.
The tour guys are not allowed to go into the airport building.

2. Hotels
We liked them, ambiente, comfort and people's attention of the employees was great.
Exception was the Mai Chau hotel having a lower standard.

3. Guides
All very professional, good English, and good knowledge of history.
Showing us the specifics of local people and living was very appreciated.

4. Food
Food in Vietnam was very lush, Laos and Cambodia normal portions, good quality.
We enjoyed local kitchen/food

5.Entertainment
Boat tours were super and well arranged.There was a minor issue with the ticket for the speed boat.
The tour guide fixed it.

Elena and Lance created a personalized tour for my husband and me using private drivers and guides in every location. The experience was beyond wonderful. We did move around a lot staying not more than 2 nights in any location. We were traveling so far from the US that we didn’t want to miss a thing! We probably could have used at least another day in Siem Reap but other than that the trip was perfect.

Our 16 day itinerary was awesome. We reached out to Indochina Tours whenever we needed changes to be made during our trip, and they made sure that it happened. It would have been good to know daily pickup times, and drive times in advance.

There were days that we didn’t complete everything that was planned since it was a bit much. Most tour guides provided bottled water, but it would have been nice to have it in a cooler with ice, especially in 90° weather.

All in all, it was an experience of a lifetime, and if you’re ever in Vietnam, do the 2-night Ha Long Bay cruise on the Stellar of the Seas. It was a vacation, within a vacation!!

As a non-chinese speaking person that level of detail was great. Specific instructions at certain points such that if there was no pick up I could, for instance, show a taxi driver exactly what I needed and where to go.

I travelled to Luang Prabang, Laos, with my wife on a private tour as there were no group tours available in January. The planning was superb and Pov was extremely patient with us as we explored the various options available to us.

Once we had decided where and when to go (it needed to be back to back with a tour we had already booked in Thailand with a different company), the final processes were really efficient and managed extremely well by Kea.

Four days were just enough to explore what the city and general area had to offer. Our guide, Song, was very knowledgeable and helpful during our time spent with him. We joined the line up to feed the monks - an early start but so satisfying. The whole adventure was a fabulous experience and we have learned so much more about the culture and customs of the people of Laos. Used Indochina Tour to assist us organise a bespoke four country trip to SE Asia in 2025/26. Worked with Elena in the initial planning stages and Lance whilst 'in country'. Both were excellent to work with and so quick in responding to our queries.

This was really helpful as we were late with our planning and trying to fit our travel and sightseeing around cycle trips which we were organising through local rental shops. Elena provided sound advice, was extremely patient and happy to repeatedly change our itinerary and work around others.

Whilst in country, weather required us to alter our plans. Lance, who answered our calls, whatever the time of day, immediately responded and even though everyone else in the area was doing the same found us alternative flights/accommodation. My wife and I did a solo tour. Elena did a fantastic job helping us put an itinerary together to see some wonderful cities and villages in both countries. Lance was great arranging all our logistics from drivers, guides and flights.

We cannot praise this tour firm highly enough, we’d give 10 stars if we could! Elena and Lance put together a 22 night bespoke tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos just for the 2 of us and it was so good. And no more expensive than the group tour packages we saw advertised with UK firms.

They packed so much in, which was perfect as there’s so much to see, and included lots of variety: temples, museums, (many) boat trips, cave visits, cable car, paramotoring, a cookery class, and more sombre visits to the Cu Chi tunnels in Vietnam, the killing fields of Cambodia, and a centre in Laos for victims of bombs left over from the Indochina war. We learned so much about these 3 fascinating countries and their history.

The tour ran incredibly smoothly, there was always someone to pick us up, equipped with bottled water for us! The only activity that was not completely enjoyable was the boat ride and snorkeling to Phi Phi island near Phuket. Too many people on the boat, too many people on the island to enjoy it. Not enough snorkeling. That was our favorite part.

My favorite activities were the water puppet show in Hanoi, Apsara Dance in Cambodia and the elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai.

We started off with this company after deciding that a cruise ship would not meet our needs. Ivy and Helen helped us create and follow an itinerary for four countries, adding special touches and stops along the way that were most memorable!

The guides they provided were so knowledgeable and provided history, humor, care for our needs, and amazing places for meals. We spent 2 days full days in Siem Reap as part of a wider SE Asia tour. Our guide Vantha provided exceptional support throughout our stay. He had an encyclopaedic knowledge of Cambodia and its history and answered all of our questions. Vantha is very proud of his country and was keen to share as much information as possible with us from historic detail to an insight into daily life in Cambodia.

Our comfort was always prioritised and our driver provided cold water and refreshing iced flannels at each stop. We stopped for lunch in both days at local restaurants and the food was exceptional.

In addition to the scheduled itinerary, there were spontaneous moments. One of the highlights was being welcomed to a local house warming party as we drove through a village. We danced with the hosts, their family and friends which was truly memorable.

We loved Cambodia. The history, the people, the food and Elena and Lance were wonderful. Our drivers and guides were extremely helpful, and the variety was perfect.

We had an amazing tour with Indochina Tour and our guide Chen — everything was perfect! We visited Angkor Wat, then Bayon Temple, followed by Ta Prohm Temple (the famous Tomb Raider temple), and finally Banteay Kdei Temple.

We were a group of 13 traveling through Vietnam and Cambodia in December 2025 for 12 nights. With people arriving and departing at different times, planning this trip was understandably complex. Ivy Wu from Indochina Tours was absolutely fantastic in helping us craft the perfect itinerary. We were very pleased and quite satisfied with our recent (but short 10-day) tour to Vietnam and Cambodia. Srey and Kea of IndoChinaTour.com did an excellent job of organizing our itinerary and coordinating our requests. On the ground in Vietnam, K, Naomi, and others provided punctual and informative guiding, including Cu Chi and Ho Chi MInh City. We enjoyed a great New Year's Eve in the City which was in major celebration mode - a strong warm-up to Lunar NYE, we trust.

The following Mekong cruise was relaxing, with fascinating stops, on the pleasant and classic vessel Mekong Eyes. Cambodia was a special treat with visits (accompanied by Reya and Chen) to the vibrant Phnom Penh and an ongoing tour to the many temples and sites around Angkor Wat. The political history of Cambodia has been turbulent, but visits to one of the Killing Fields and the Landmine Museum (and the HeroRats mine sniffing center) will be educational as well as provide stark reminders of the realities of conflict.

We managed to sample the tarantula, cobra wine, and other more conventional delicious local cuisines without upset. The hotels were all full of character with top-end facilities and services. We found all of the people who we encountered to be welcoming and we had no untoward incidents.

As everywhere, you could undoubtedly find trouble if looking or unlucky - we felt fortunate. We highly recommend the area and this agency.

My wife, son and I did a private 13d tour of Bangkok>Phuket>SiemReap>PhnomPenh. The itinerary was done well to cover all the critical sites to see and one day of relax. The driver and tour guide were very cordial and followed through the itinerary very well. At SiemReap, the tour guide (Mr. Mare) and driver (Mr. Sourt) were awesome.

They tour guide Mr. Mare was very knowledgable, spoke very well in english, was very cordial, flexible and personable. Mr. Mara also was very good in photo location spotting and also took excellent photos. He has been one of the best tour guides we have experienced.

Most days started relaxed with sufficient time to have a good breakfast. Being vegetarians, all the lunch arrangements were very good.

The tour guide (Ms. Ket) at Bangkok has less information on old and religious history. The tour guide (Ms. Ben) in Phuket did not do much apart from airport pick up and drop back.

The van's could be more comfortable and also was not cleaned daily.

One suggestion for the itinerary - as it was a long 13d, add more relax days.

The hotel at SiemReap was a bit of a shocker as it had a eco friendly bathroom (open roof and inside garden) that we were not made aware of and prepared for especially as the family is not comfortable with bugs. The hotel at PhnomPhen also was suppose to be a balcony with a view but the view was the wall of the next building. The tour company should check and share these details ahead of time.

Just started a 42 days tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. The first week was great so far. They pick you up, take you on your tour with an English speaking guide and bring you back to your hotel. So far this has been great

I took my family of four (2 adults and 2 adult children) on a SE Asia vacation for two weeks through Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. We only had two weeks bc of my son’s work schedule. Indochina is a class act. They took care of all the hotels, breakfast and lunch and tours/drivers.

I even had a medical emergency and was cared for in each country very well! Indochina is very trustworthy and will keep your family safe while providing top notch service. I would definitely use them again.

I wish I could elaborate more but this was one of my top three trips ever. And I travel off the beaten path quite a bit!

Ms. Pheakdey and Ms. Kea did an excellent job coordinating my itinerary. When, there was a problem, they or their staff worked it out for me. Ranni in the office was also excellent as were guides Chen, Ben, and Mam.

I would recommend him to everyone. I also got a look at some of Cambodia’s edible specialties like fried crickets, fried grasshoppers, fried silkworms, and to top it off fried tarantulas. No, I didn’t try those.

My husband and I have traveled extensively, but had never taken an organized tour. We chose Indochina randomly because they specialized in the countries we wanted to visit, we did not speak any of the languages, and because Kimheang (sales) communicated responsively, customizing for all of our requests, in clear English.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Kimheang. She alleviated our skepticism so much that we recommended the trip to friends who ended up joining us for part of our custom, month long journey through Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam.

The highlight of service in the month of super service and great guides was a glitch (our fault) we encountered at an airport. We had left out a middle name and invalidated a visa for entry to Vietnam. We would have had to take a day or more to correct the issue, but Kea (operations) was able to fix it and we did not miss a step. They exceeded expectations, the advice and with the quality of experiences. We had a very immersive, active and educational experience with a high level of comfort. We really feel like we did everything!

Our 18-day private tour for two couples through Thailand and Siem Reap/Cambodia was nothing short of epic. From the initial planning with clear, responsive communication, we knew we were in expert hands.

The moment we landed, every detail was seamlessly handled. We were met by a series of incredibly courteous drivers and deeply knowledgeable guides who masterfully paced our journey—no visit ever felt rushed. They transformed stunning sites like the ancient ruins of Sukhothai into living history.

My wife and I were in Burma November 15-19 and we travelled around the city of Yangon to see the fabulous Schwedagon Pagoda and the old colonial buildings. We flew from Yangon to Mandalay the next morning to catch a glimpse of the many pagodas that dotted this former capital.

Our trip was faultless. Every aeroplane, train and boat were on time as were all our guides and drivers.The standard of hotels and vehicles were very good and the drivers excellent. Our guides were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Our trip included lots of cultural experiences as well as the expected visits to the usual tourist sites. We enjoyed watching traditional dancing,boat trips, a massage, kayaking, karaoke, circus skills, puppet shows as well as several dinners with a show.

The food was excellent and Kea and Amara planned us an excellent itinerary. We had almost instant responses from them to any queries before our trip, and they ensured we knew of any changes of arrangements promptly. We are two woman whose husbands want the security of us traveling with a competent driver and guide! And we felt like rock stars scooped up from the airport and they ensured every day would be the best experience for us. Kea put so much careful work in to our itinerary, but it was the driver and guide who pivoted the schedule to make the most of our time.

Somehow we dodged two big storms because of their conscientious attention to detail. Our guide saw many hikers slipped in the mud, so he rerouted us. He wanted us to see the Golden Hand Bridge in good weather so adjusted that schedule too. Every hotel was gorgeous and we felt like they were happy to see us. The guides spoke great English and really added so much knowledge and laughter to our tour. We felt so cared for and privileged to do this tour!

Our guides were all fantastic, always ready for us, really knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend this tour operator. The only hiccup was a scheduling issue with our Halong Bay cruise, which we weren’t aware of until we landed from a 22 hour travel journey .

We spent 21 days touring Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Our guides were professional, timely, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and just awesome! Hotels were spot on. Great locations, awesome facilities, attentive staff and some were full of character (in the best way). I usually spent so much time researching hotels and am very particular - these were better than I could have chosen.

Drivers were exceptional. Safe and always pressing a lovely cold water bottle into your hands.

A highlight of our trip was a visit to Free The Bears in Luang Prabang Laos. I have travelled quite a lot, and I feel this was one of my favourite ever travel experiences. This was added by our travel consultant Sreypov after I asked for some other experience to be excluded. However, animal ethics and welfare are important to me, so when I saw ‘bear sanctuary’ added I asked which one - and when Sreypov said Free The Bears I was very excited as they are a very ethical organisation. When I said this, Sreypov added Apopo - the mine detection rats - another bucket list for me! So our tour became very much about our interests. I actually wish I’d told Sreypov more about the things we liked to do and customised a bit more - as those customisations were the highlights!

I have so many friends asking me who organised my trip as they were following our adventures on Facebook and said our trip seemed one of the best they had seen.

Sreypov And Kea were both awesome to work with - so responsive to my emails - and there were a few!

They organised everything for us. Now, there are cheaper deals out there - but know this - this was a trip of a lifetime and there were NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. We barely spent a cent.

The lunches that were included were HUGE. A little too much food at times and at good quality restaurants and we got to try a nice variety of local cuisine. We did laugh and say our biggest expense was a cold alcoholic beverage at the end of the day! It was about the only thing not included (though two guides even bought us a surprise iced coconut coffee which was lovely!).

Whilst all internal flights were included (and oh wow, the guides meet you at arrivals, transport you to hotel and even check you in… but then they don’t drop you back at airport, they come in, check you in, and escort you all the way, it’s so lovely!) we did organise our own flights to Vietnam from Australia. And guess what did go wrong - those flights! However, when I was freaking out and worried, I reached out to Kea and she helped me through contacting our airline and fixing issue - even though it wasn’t her responsibility. Very grateful.

So yes, we had the trip of a lifetime and I highly recommend this company. We were very impressed with their care of us and professionalism.

We went on a 16 days trip to Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia with this Tour Company. They are exceptionally helpful and nice all throughout the process. From airport pick ups, tour guides, guided day tours and admin communication, definitely a 10/10 for us. My mom was the one who booked the tour with Ivy and I had a tour communication with Helen. For me the best part was in Siem Reap Cambodia, the guided tour in Angkor Wat was just too majestic and surreal. It was the best moment on our trip. I went to Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap and Bangkok in May. The tour, just nine days, served as a good introduction to three different cities and cultures.

We went through Indochina Tours a couple years ago for a trip through Thailand, Laos and Cambodia and had a great time! So we had them organize a tour in Indonesia in Bali, Komodo national Park and Labuan Bajo with a boat trip to see the park and snorkeling. It was also a great trip!

Elena and Helen of IndoChina Tour arranged a fabulous,personalized tour of Vietnam and Bali for us. Vietnam is an amazing country, rich in culture, beautiful scenery and friendly people. Our hotel, The Aviary was lovely. Spacious and light and there was a swimming and a bar which served food as well.

Our first day we were taken to the Landmine Museum, which was as expected very sad albeit interesting.

We stopped for a lovely lunch and after the went to the Museum of Buddahs.

A return to the Aviary for a dip in the bath before we went out on the town, to Pop Street.

One our second day we went to Angkor Wat which was amazing and very, very impressive and interesting. Not one to miss!

One our last day there was festivities as it was the first day of New Years Day in Cambodia.

After that we were taken on a boot trip where we stopped for a drink before being taken to the airport to make for our next stop going to Laos. Having visited Vietnam last year, we engaged Srey for the second consecutive year, and our trust was well-placed. This time, we explored Thailand from north to south with daily excursions and a private guide. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The itinerary and attractions were consistently engaging, even for our children (aged 9 and 12), and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Thailand.

We particularly appreciated the elephant experience, our stay at the floating hotel, and our guide Jira, who looked after us in Bangkok with dedication and discretion.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Indochina were excellent from start to finish. Sreypov was able to put together the perfect itinerary for us - responding and adapting very quickly during the planning stages.

Kea gave us great support in organising everything during the lead up to the trip. Our guides and drivers in Ho Chi Minh, the Mekong, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap were all excellent. We had the perfect balance of culture, history, beach time and great food.

My granddaughter and I traveled to Siem Reep, Cambodia for 3 nights on a private tour. My agents were Ms. Maiky and Ms. Kea. Ms. Maiky recommended some great options and listened to what I wanted. Our hotel was wonderful, the Koulen Central Hotel and we had wonderful breakfasts there included. We witnessed the grandeur of sunrise at Angkor Wat, multiple temples there, a countryside jeep tour, traveled to Tonle Sap Lake and visited a floating village. We inadvertently witnessed a local funeral and two weddings. We received an amazing massage after a full tour day in the nicest spa I have ever been to. Incredibly tranquil and soothing. Our guide, Mr. Socheat, knew everything about the places we visited and answered all our questions. It was a very full itinerary and that is what I asked for.

We then traveled to Thailand for 7 nights. The first 3 nights were in Bangkok at the Amara Bangkok Hotel, very modern and efficient property, also with a full buffet breakfast included. Our guide there was Ms. Ketsara and she was wonderful; very down to earth, lighthearted, and flexible with our itinerary. She came up with things to do that weren't on the original itinerary that we really enjoyed. We took a private motorboat tour on the Chao Praya River and passed temples along the way. Our favorite visit was to the Grand Palace and riding by tuk-tuk to the famous Reclining Buddha. One morning we drove to the train market and the floating market, both highly recommended.

We then flew to Chiang Mai in northern Thailand which had a completely different vibe and some intense spiritual energy. Our hotel there was the Boddhi Serene Boutique Hotel, which, after Bangkok felt like it could use a fresh coat of paint and deep clean, but it was a beautiful, peaceful property. We were there when the 7.7 earthquake hit nearby in Myanmar. The hotel staff was calm and efficient. It was an intense experience and we're grateful we were there at the time instead of almost anywhere else. We spent our days walking into town and checking out the sites.

We then flew to Phuket and stayed at the Burasari Phuket Resort. I didn't schedule full days in either Chiang Mai or Phuket as we were eager for some down time. We did do a full day tour by speedboat to Phi Phi Island and other smaller islands in the area. We snorkeled and swam and it was pleasant but a little too touristy for me. My 20-year-old granddaughter would have loved another day in Phuket and Bangkok.

All our hotels were good and our guides were good. The agents I booked with responded efficiently to any questions I had. I recommend travel with Indo-China Tours. They know the area and respond well to all requests.

I worked with Ivy at Indochina Tour to create a custom itinerary. I sent her the specific sights that I was particularly interested in and ones that I wanted to leave out and she curated that to a trip that we loved.

The guides and hotels were great. The one criticism I had with Indochina Tour is that after we booked the trip, the operations person that was responsible for the tour logistics would not respond to my emails and texts for a long time. This deficiency in communication was frustrating.

I booked with this company based on the reviews. Elena planned an excellent itinerary for our family, grandparents with two ten year olds. Her suggestions included activities that would be interesting for them as well as us. Communication was prompt and I appreciated that. Hotel choices were excellent although I did change one in Luang Prabang to Villa Maly and was very happy with my choice. One was not great but maybe was the best the area had to offer.

The drivers were all good and vans were clean and modern. One driver in Siem reap, Mr Tan, was especially outstanding. The guides were good , with two, our guides in Pakse and SiemReap being especially excellent.

In addition to the wonderful temples and other activities popular in Siem Reap, I suggest that you try lunch with a local. This experience with Dany in her home, gathering produce and herbs from the garden, preparing the food, cooking it and best of all eating it was a highlight of the day!

There were a few issues. Communication with the tour operation could have been better. I did not get final information until the day before I left. There was no guide booked for our last day in Phonom Penh and one was hastily booked.

The bigger issue was that I had asked specifically for a particular company for one event on many occasions but my request was not fulfilled. I would suggest that if there is something that you particularly want, you should book it yourself and inform the company to add it to your itinerary. That way you won’t be disappointed.

Overall, I think the trip was fantastic, great value and well thought out. I think we couldn’t have had a more varied three week tour of Laos and Cambodia.

Our Cambodian trip was absolutely amazing. Our day at Angkor Wat started at 5am to make the sunrise at 6.30am. Our guide arranged for us to get a packed breakfast from the hotel so that we could quickly move from the sunrise to exploring the temple complex before the crowds. This was an advantage of booking a personal tour rather than a group tour( who would need to return to their hotels after sunrise for their breakfast before starting to explore the complex). Mr Nob Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through all the highlights efficiently and almost always seemed to find us quiet moments to explore each of the important areas. This obviously got more tricky as the day got busier. The Angkor Wat trip was followed by a relaxing massage back in Siem Reap (Mudita Spa).

Tours by Jeeps provided us with an excellent exploration of the countryside around Siem Reap the following morning. It was very exciting to be touring around in a vintage ex military american Jeep. The afternoon was back with Mr Nob to explore the floating village.

Siem Reap is a beautiful city and it would have been nice to have an extra day to explore some more.

Next day was a drive to Phnom Penh. Quite a long drive broken by exploring some of the country's older temples.

Phnom Penh is an impressive city and provides the base for exploring the killing fields and the even more harrowing S21 torture centre. Fortunately Phnom Penh offers a much lighter side with tours of the temples and royal palace.

Our final trip from Phnom Penh was the fast boat down the Mekong to Can Tho.

Great trip! Guides and drivers were fantastic. Because it was a private tour, we set the time and agenda. No waiting for people from the tour. No getting up to be on the bus at 8am. We combined this trip with a 7 day trip to Laos, then customized it to what we wanted to see and do.

My friend and I are older, so neither of us wanted anything too difficult or rushed. The only hiccup that occurred was when we got to one hotel in Laos, and they didn't have our reservation. We called our contact in Cambodia after hours, who stopped what she was doing and took care of the situation. She was fantastic.

Indochina Tours did send the booking to this hotel per the itinerary, but the hotel never confirmed the booking, then had no vacancies when we arrived. She had to book us at a different hotel. Indochina Tour was a great experience. Each and every tour guide we had were exceptional on their tour. Accommodations were great. You gave us an upgrade for the cruise in Ha long bay because the hotel room in Hanoi didn’t have a window. Let’s just say that upgrade was amazing! I would not stay on Patong beach in Phuket next time, but rather a quieter, less crowded beach.

Bliss and Helen put together and managed a great tour for us. We wanted to do some biking, so we had 5 days with some biking in our trip. We had consistently great scheduling and results for pick up and drop off whether it was for day tours or at airports.

All of our guides were very good to outstanding. Bliss did a great job of planning an itinerary that was interesting and fully met our needs. Helen was outstanding at responding to the few questions we had along the way. Her responses were always timely and thorough. We spent 13 days in Vietnam, 4 in Cambodia, 4 in Loos, and 8 in Thailand. We wouldn't change anything about how the trip unfolded.

The costs were very reasonable, especially given that many of the tours and all of the airport transfers were just the two of us. I cannot praise Indochina Tour Company highly enough. Elena and Helen put together a 12-night tour for me at the very last minute. I spent 8 nights in Vietnam which included a stay in Hanoi and Hoi An and a 2-night cruise on Ha Long Bay. The May de Ville hotel in Hanoi and the Victoria Beach Resort & Spa in Hoi An were excellent 4 star accommodation. The Regina Cruise was just perfect and I would recommend.

The 4 nights in Siem Reap were all at Koulen Central Hotel. which again was excellent 4 star accommodation The itinerary was designed to my request so I didn't do all the tours included in the usual 12-night tour. Whilst I enjoyed the whole tour the highlights for me were in Hanoi at night from the rooftop bar at May de Ville Hotel, the views are spectacular and it's fascinating to sit and watch Hanoi at night, the 2-night Ha Long Bay cruise, sunrise at Angkor Wat on my birthday is something I will always remembers and this was immediately followed by a full tour of the temple.

Visits to other temples in the Siem Reap area and Tonle Sap Lake, the Cambodian Phare Circus, which I found very entertaining and the Khmer Countryside Cooking class. The last two I wasn't sure I would enjoy but I really did and have already made my own gluten free spring rolls as per Ben's recipes. For many of the tours I was the only person, so I could ask all the questions I wanted which was great.

All the tour guides were very informative, without me feeling that they were just giving me guide book speak. The limousine minibus transport was excellent. All the tour guides and drivers were very professional and helpful. I never felt awkward being a solo traveller but I also was able to interact with other like-minded travellers. I would strongly recommend Indochina Tour Company if you are thinking of travelling in South East Asia.

This was a tour of thailand and we enjoyed every minute of it. The amount of time we spent in the four cities we visited was just right, and our day at the elephant sanctuary was absolutely wonderful. The guides were friendly and helpful and the choice of places to stay. Was just perfect.

Our tour was extremely well arranged. We only had about six days, and visited Vientiane, Luang Prabang and Angkor Wat. All the guides were very good, although their English varied a bit. Indochina Tour arranged our internal flights and train, plus our return to Hong Kong. Ours was a private couple trip to Vietnam and Combodia arranged by Lance and Helen from Indochina tour company. The trip was meticulously planned as we had requested. Both Lance and Helen were extremely helpful and approachable and responded too all our questions immediately to our satisfaction. All the drivers, tour guides were also very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. We had specially requested vegetarian food with Indian vegetarian wherever possible. The food arrangements were very satisfying . Helen went beyond the call of her duty to pack and deliver Indian vegetarian food in Ho Chi Minh City the day we arrived pretty late and restaurants were closing.

We visited Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Halong Bay , Siem reap. All the historic sites were well chosen and explained by the tour guides.

The guides and staff were wonderful to deal with. They were knowledgeable about the locations and accomodating. Lance and Kea were helpful during the booking process. We met our adult children who were backpacking in SE Asia and traveled with them in Laos and Cambodia using Indochina for 3 weeks. With our limited time, having Indochina book our accommodation and arranging guides and transport for activities meant we could focus on enjoying the sights and experiences.

This was a private trip rather than a group tour so we were able to discuss with Bliss via email things we would like to see and do and types of accommodation that suited us. Bliss had some great suggestions such as the 'living farm' in Luang Prabang and the Apsara Theatre in Siem Reap as well as a trip to Battambang that we would not have thought of and turned out to be highlights for us.

Helen kept us up-to date via Whats-app while we were 'on the ground' including sharing tour guides numbers so we always felt in control and knew how to get in touch if we had experienced any problems.

The drivers were all great, punctual, careful and kept up a supply of cold bottled water. The tour guides (we picked up a new on at each base) were all friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English. Particularly Mr Thongsavath in Luang Prabang - who seemed to know everyone in town and the best places and times to visit them and was so friendly and Mr Vantha in Siem Reap who was so knowledgeable and fluent in English and shared so much information about Cambodia's recent and ancient history.

The hotels were all good, clean, comfortable and in excellent spots in the cities to be able to explore on our own on foot. As I discovered booking our own accommodation in Bangkok - the reality doesn't always live up to the photos on the intranet. So having someone with local knowledge booking hotels is a bonus.

We also had plenty of free time built into the trip so it really felt like a family holiday rather than a 'tour'.

If you are interested in visiting Laos or Cambodia and don't have limitless time like our children, I highly recommend booking with Indochina who are based in Cambodia and have lots of local knowledge and contacts.

The communication with Indochina Tour ( Ivy was our travel consultant and Kea our tour operator) was very good from the moment I contacted them, until the last moment preparations. I mostly comunicated via email in the beginning, but I found that in the last days WhatsApp worked better. The tour went very smoothly, all the local guides were very good, very knowledgeable, spoke English well and were punctual. All the cars provided were very good as well, all SUV's. We were always picked up on time and dropped off at the aiport , as well as during the guided tours.

The itinerary could be reviewed and refreshed as some activities were dated. The HoiAn visit to the village for 'fishing' is actually very commercialized, our guide did the best to take to a better place, but the description in the tour doesn't quite match the reality.When departing from Ha Long Bay we were taken back to Hanoi (3h) and then to the airport, even though there was a flight to HoiAn from Ha Long; we spend a half day in transit and arrived very late in Hoi An; tiring and waste of precious vacation time. DaNang is a better place to overnight then HoiAn , and it's a short drive to HoiAn to visit. I asked for an additional cooking class to be booked in Saigon and they booked a very good one, I think that should be part of the tour. Notre Dame in Saigon has been and will be under renovations for a while and cannot be visited, even though the itinerary mentions it.

The Cambodia segment was really good, accomodations superior to the ones in Vietnam.

My husband and I just concluded an amazing trip to Vietnam and Thailand which was arranged by SreyPov and Kea at Indochina Tours. Everything was well organized. I saw so much more than I would have if I had gone on my own. The hotels were very nice. The guides and drivers were great and very attentive to my special needs. Kea was very helpful when I needed her. I've recommended IndoChinatours to my travel agent back home. The only recommendation for improvement that I could make would be to inform the customer about flight times in a timely fashion.

We had an excellent time in Thailand, spent a wonderful Christmas at the Andaz Pattaya Jomtein Beach which was a recommendation from Kimheang and Kea at Indochino Tours. Then on to Koh Kood, the island is an absolute gem.

We had a great experience with Indochina Tours. Our travel group of 34 visited Bangkok, Chang Mai, and Phuket. The hotel choices were all exceptional, exceeding our expectations. Bliss did a great job of tailoring their standard tour for the two of us to start and finish exactly when we wanted and with an extra “free time” day in each major location. We chose the standard 5 star hotel option with room upgrades in some. All the hotels, guides, drivers and the overnight Halong Bay cruise were excellent. Overall the trip was great value. There is a different guide in each location, which meant we did hotel check in ourselves. There were some small issues with a few of our bookings and driver pickups that we were able to sort out. We found using WhatsApp was essential to quickly contact the guides and agent when needed. I thoroughly recommend a private Indochina tour for experienced travellers.

One of the very best tour that I ever took. Everything that was promised was delivered and some. Hotels (promised as 4 stars) were 4.5 and 5 stars....all excellent. From the planning of the trip, Pheakdey, who is the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and patient in crafting the itinerary for us. We had a limited time in Vientiane, and she was understanding in customising the itinerary to our schedule, including arranging for our pickup from the train station.

Special shoutout to our guide as well, Pathanou. There was a miscommunication in terms of our pickup point, but the service recovery was commendable. They drove 30 minutes to rescue us from being stranded in an unknown train station and he was very knowledgeable during the entire trip. We learned a lot about Lao culture and history, and he was also obliging to our requests, such as visiting a different night market and dropping us at the hotel to check in.

We, a family of 3, are just back from a 18 days private tour to Cambodia and Laos with Indochina Tour. This is a second time we go with the company. The first time was a 12 days Thailand trip in Feb 2024. We were very satisfied with the Thailand trip and not disappointed this time either.

The trip to Cambodia and Laos were well paced and balanced between cultural sightseeings and beautiful sceneries. It was a fantastic, memorable trip flawlessly organized by the company. From the time I communicated with Ivy to the arrangements done by Helen, their responses were quick and addressed all my concerns.

About the trip, all hotels are well located in central area, nice and clean, and their services are excellent. Top notch is given to My Banlao hotel in Luanng Prabang. The hotel is beautiful and their staff are superb. All tour guides are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and drivers are very tentative. They always waited for us at least 15 minutes before the meeting time. Significant praise also given to our guide, Vantha, and driver, Tan, in Siem Reap, Cambodia, as well as May and Mi in Pakse, Laos. Vantha was like an encyclopedia about Cambodia history, in general, and Angkok Park in particular, especially about Angkok Wat. He could tell you legend stories, histories and had answers to my daughter’s billion questions any time. He also introduced us to Cambodia specialty food with bonus roadside stops. On top of that, when my daughter asked Vantha about the sun rise tour to see Angkok Wat which was not included in our itinerary, he talked to Indochina Tour (we didn’t know about this) and the company offered to include the tour to us as complimentary. Thanks to Vantha and Indochina Tour, we had a beautiful memory seeing the magnificent Angkok Wat in the quiet, early hours of the day. Driver Tan was always ready to open door for us, gave us cold water before we started sightseeing walks/hiking and after we came back (with cool, moist clothes to refresh). The car’s air conditioning was always on, ready for us when we came back sweaty and hot after the sight seeings. He also always cleaned the car and fold our left behind things neatly every day. The couple May (husband) and Mi (wife) in Pakse were very nice, helpful and tentative. Besides seeing all attractions included in the itinerary, they brought us to their plantation with beautiful views of the Bolaven plateau, offered to drive us to the night market for dining and to take us home after. Of courses, we could not let them waiting for us, we invited them to dine with us and had a very good time. They always offered to driving us whenever we needed.

In summary, Cambodia and Laos, were beautiful and worth seeing before the countries (especially Laos) commercially developed. And if you wanted to have a nice and worry free trip, then Indochina Tour is my recommendation. Thanks Ivy and Helen for planning and organizing this wonderful trip.

We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam, and it was incredible! We wanted an active tour that would keep our 9 and 12-year-old kids engaged, and Indochina Tour absolutely delivered.

The old adage that if it sounds too good to be true it usually is, made me skeptical when I first received my quote from Indochina Tours.

Since this was my first time using them I double checked with the hotels that they proposed to ensure that Indochina Tours was a legitimate agency.

Upon confirmation we went ahead and booked with them. What more can I say except that the package was a tremendous value!

We were a group of 30 and we toured Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. The tour offered us some historical sites in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, some R&R in Da Nang and Ha Long Bay, a day at the elephant sanctuary in Laos and visiting many beautiful Buddhist temples including the Emerald Buddha and the Reclining Buddha in Bangkok. The hotel accommodations were excellent, except for the hotel in Bangkok. We booked a 28 day private tour for 2 couples-1 couple starting in Laos for a week and the second joining in Vietnam for 3 weeks. We wanted some days with a guide and also time alone to explore or relax on our own. I hadn't been on a trip in a long time, and it was a truly fantastic experience. It was incredible to visit the majestic temples and pagodas of Cambodia and Thailand. Angkor Wat is breathtaking, and the sunrise tour was well worth it. Beautiful sunrise with an educational and easy tour of the Angkor Wat Temple. We had a wonderful day exploring the Small Circuit.

We visited four separate temples, each with a unique viewpoint of the region's rich history. In addition, we stopped at a nice restaurant at 9:15 a.m. for a delicious dinner. Throughout the tour, we were given cold drinks and refreshing wet tissues, which were quite useful in the hot weather.

We had a terrific time! Our tour guide, Keadin, was quite engaging. He is well-educated about the history of Angkor Wat. He is also an excellent photographer, so expect some fantastic photos throughout the tour. He assisted us in taking wonderful shots, taking us to the least touristic viewing locations, and providing us with the most in-depth and informative tour I have ever experienced!

The tour's highlights were the early morning market on the second day (we left at 5 a.m. but would not have wanted to leave any later) and the small boat excursion on the first day. This trip is certainly targeted toward tourist things, so things are a little crowded, but it's also amazing to see everything we were able to see in such a short time.

My family and I had a great time during our experience. The service and friendliness are excellent, as is the cleanliness. The workers, particularly the manager, are quite friendly.
