Our overnight stay at the Pullman was a most positive experience. Great facilities, comfortable rooms and a fabulous choice at breakfast all contributed to our visit to the Pullman being memorable . However, the most important thing about the Pullman was the staff. Very friendly, obliging and professional sums them up. Thank you Pullman!

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of of a 20 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia early this month.
The standard was high and the rooms and service excellent. The breakfasts included in our package were very good with lots of variety. We ate in the cafe one evening and the food was good snack food. My husband had a hamburger and I had a club sandwich both of which were delicious. Only problem with the Pullman is it is a little out of the centre of Hanoi but it is not difficult to reach the centre of town by taxi at a reasonable cost.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.
