November through February are the ideal months for motorbike touring in Cambodia. The weather is dry, cool, and ideal for riding outside during these months. The countryside is lovely and verdant, and roads are simpler to drive on.

From March to May, it gets hotter—still good for short rides, but you’ll need more breaks. June to October is the rainy season. Trails can be muddy, but the scenery becomes lush and dramatic.

If you want the best weather and riding experience, we recommend November to February. But no matter the month, we always adjust the route to match the conditions.

We offer reliable Yamaha WR155 or Honda XR150L trail bikes, which are ideal for Cambodia's combination of paved and dirt roads. They are light and easy to handle. Moreover, they are sturdy enough for lengthy rides.

We also have more powerful bikes, such as the Honda CRF250, for more experienced riders. Before every tour, all of our motorcycles are inspected, and we offer gloves, helmets, and optional knee and elbow protection.

Yes, you can join the tour in the majority of situations! A motorcycle license is not necessary for many rural routes in Cambodia, particularly if you ride more slowly and avoid highways. We recommend obtaining a license for full tours for security and insurance reasons.

However, we can arrange shorter, off-road routes in isolated locations where it's legal if you're a competent rider without a license. Before the tour, we'll also give you a quick test drive.

All you need to join a Cambodia motorbike tour is a valid passport, an adventurous spirit, and some basic riding experience. A motorcycle license isn't always necessary, particularly for off-road routes.

Everything else is handled by us, including the motorbike, helmet, support staff, lodging, food, and more. We start out slowly and walk you through every step if you've never been on a motorcycle before.

Pack sunscreen, sunglasses, and light clothing. A complete packing list will be sent out prior to the tour. We'll take care of the rest; just arrive prepared to ride.

You can, indeed. It is possible, but you have to be ready. You will need certain border documents and permits from Vietnam or Thailand. It's challenging for lone riders, but we can help.
