It's hard to put into words how amazing this trip was. From the accommodations, service, food, and daily activities/excursions, everything was outstanding – not to mention our wonderful guides who were all knowledgeable, authentic and friendly.

Even before we left, the level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by our Indochina Tour advisors, Amara and Kea, made me confident that this would be a really good trip.... but even with the bar set high, this trip far exceeded all our expectations still.

One of the best organized tours we have done as a group ! Well thought out, great sightseeing, good English speaking guides, good clean restaurants and good food even for some of us vegetarians.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Indochina were excellent from start to finish. Sreypov was able to put together the perfect itinerary for us - responding and adapting very quickly during the planning stages.

Kea gave us great support in organising everything during the lead up to the trip. Our guides and drivers in Ho Chi Minh, the Mekong, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap were all excellent. We had the perfect balance of culture, history, beach time and great food.

I worked with Ivy at Indochina Tour to create a custom itinerary. I sent her the specific sights that I was particularly interested in and ones that I wanted to leave out and she curated that to a trip that we loved.

The guides and hotels were great. The one criticism I had with Indochina Tour is that after we booked the trip, the operations person that was responsible for the tour logistics would not respond to my emails and texts for a long time. This deficiency in communication was frustrating.

Our recent 17-day private tour of Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia with Indochina Tours (February 16th - March 4th, 2025) exceeded all expectations! The planning process, starting in September 2024, was smooth and efficient thanks to our dedicated travel consultants, Amara and Kea. They were knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always quick to respond.

We were consistently impressed by the high caliber of the local guides throughout our journey. Ket (Bangkok), Mia (Chiang Rai/Mai), Nemo (Hanoi/Halong Bay), Vu (Ho Chi Minh City), Paska (Siem Reap/Krati), and Reya (Phnom Penh) were all fantastic. A special mention goes to Paska in Siem Reap and Krati, whose deep knowledge and passion for Cambodian history and culture truly enhanced our experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Indochina Tours for anyone looking for a personalized and unforgettable trip through Southeast Asia.

Our Cambodian trip was absolutely amazing. Our day at Angkor Wat started at 5am to make the sunrise at 6.30am. Our guide arranged for us to get a packed breakfast from the hotel so that we could quickly move from the sunrise to exploring the temple complex before the crowds. This was an advantage of booking a personal tour rather than a group tour( who would need to return to their hotels after sunrise for their breakfast before starting to explore the complex). Mr Nob Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through all the highlights efficiently and almost always seemed to find us quiet moments to explore each of the important areas. This obviously got more tricky as the day got busier. The Angkor Wat trip was followed by a relaxing massage back in Siem Reap (Mudita Spa).

Tours by Jeeps provided us with an excellent exploration of the countryside around Siem Reap the following morning. It was very exciting to be touring around in a vintage ex military american Jeep. The afternoon was back with Mr Nob to explore the floating village.

Siem Reap is a beautiful city and it would have been nice to have an extra day to explore some more.

Next day was a drive to Phnom Penh. Quite a long drive broken by exploring some of the country's older temples.

Phnom Penh is an impressive city and provides the base for exploring the killing fields and the even more harrowing S21 torture centre. Fortunately Phnom Penh offers a much lighter side with tours of the temples and royal palace.

Our final trip from Phnom Penh was the fast boat down the Mekong to Can Tho.

This tour encompasses all the key highlights for the main cities in Vietnam. Amara did an excellent job in keeping me informed of the itinerary, tour costs and important documentation. needed for this trip. Kea also did an excellent job in organizing the guides/drivers and last minute changes to the itinerary. Having never been to this part of the world, I found Indochina Tours online. The trip planning was easy and seamless with the help of Bliss and Kea as tour planners. They customized this trip for our family of 3 adults and included everything we asked for and more.

We selected 4 star hotels and those provided were above our expectations. Hotel staffs were friendly, met all our expectations and assisted with local transportation and suggestions on our time off of the tour schedule. The food provided by out tour plan was exceptional.

Our highlights of the tour included Siem Reap, The Train Street of Hanoi, Hanoi Bay cruise and local markets and beautiful temples. Be sure your visas have the exact names as they are listed on your passport, birthdays listed with Day, Month, Year, and travel dates covering your time in the countries. If not, you will not be allowed to enter the airport and you are on your own. We would highly recommend Indochina Tour for an unforgetable travel experience.

Indochina Tour customized a 19 day tour for us for Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand and it was simply amazing. They arranged every step of the way (accommodation, tour guides and drivers, flights) for each city visited and all was excellent. In the tour office, Helen was so helpful and connected with us before the trip to confirm all details, and checked in during the trip to see how we were doing. Highly recommend!

Indochina Tour was a great experience. Each and every tour guide we had were exceptional on their tour. Accommodations were great. You gave us an upgrade for the cruise in Ha long bay because the hotel room in Hanoi didn’t have a window. Let’s just say that upgrade was amazing! I would not stay on Patong beach in Phuket next time, but rather a quieter, less crowded beach.

Bliss and Helen put together and managed a great tour for us. We wanted to do some biking, so we had 5 days with some biking in our trip. We had consistently great scheduling and results for pick up and drop off whether it was for day tours or at airports.

All of our guides were very good to outstanding. Bliss did a great job of planning an itinerary that was interesting and fully met our needs. Helen was outstanding at responding to the few questions we had along the way. Her responses were always timely and thorough. We spent 13 days in Vietnam, 4 in Cambodia, 4 in Loos, and 8 in Thailand. We wouldn't change anything about how the trip unfolded.

The costs were very reasonable, especially given that many of the tours and all of the airport transfers were just the two of us. Our accommodations were consistently very good and always included great breakfasts with local and international cuisine options. I can happily highly recommend this great tour company.

Indochina Tour made for me ( solo traveller ) a Fantastic trip in Vietnam. As I was alone , they tailored my trip and everything and everywhere they were in contact with me personally ! I had no problems at all and I recommend Kea and her partner Sreypov for any trip in south Asia.

From the first communication with Sreypov and Kea we had excellent help and advice in planning our trip. They were able to answer our questions quickly and efficiently and were very flexible in arranging the itinerary. The hotels were perfect in location and facilities. The guides and drivers without exception were excellent and were very thoughtful and considerate. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. I cannot praise Indochina Tour Company highly enough. Elena and Helen put together a 12-night tour for me at the very last minute. I spent 8 nights in Vietnam which included a stay in Hanoi and Hoi An and a 2-night cruise on Ha Long Bay. The May de Ville hotel in Hanoi and the Victoria Beach Resort & Spa in Hoi An were excellent 4 star accommodation. The Regina Cruise was just perfect and I would recommend.

The 4 nights in Siem Reap were all at Koulen Central Hotel. which again was excellent 4 star accommodation The itinerary was designed to my request so I didn't do all the tours included in the usual 12-night tour. Whilst I enjoyed the whole tour the highlights for me were in Hanoi at night from the rooftop bar at May de Ville Hotel, the views are spectacular and it's fascinating to sit and watch Hanoi at night, the 2-night Ha Long Bay cruise, sunrise at Angkor Wat on my birthday is something I will always remembers and this was immediately followed by a full tour of the temple.

Visits to other temples in the Siem Reap area and Tonle Sap Lake, the Cambodian Phare Circus, which I found very entertaining and the Khmer Countryside Cooking class. The last two I wasn't sure I would enjoy but I really did and have already made my own gluten free spring rolls as per Ben's recipes. For many of the tours I was the only person, so I could ask all the questions I wanted which was great.

All the tour guides were very informative, without me feeling that they were just giving me guide book speak. The limousine minibus transport was excellent. All the tour guides and drivers were very professional and helpful. I never felt awkward being a solo traveller but I also was able to interact with other like-minded travellers. I would strongly recommend Indochina Tour Company if you are thinking of travelling in South East Asia.

Kimheang arranged the itinerary for our 4 country 3.5 week S E Asia adventure. From the point of first contact she was sup[erbly professional in handling every single detail.

From flight arrangements to hotel selection and on to the programme for each day and the excellent guides they provided, everything was perfect. We were not looking for any faults which was just as well as there were none.

After arranging the delivery was handled by Kea. We did not have a single problem in the whole trip. Flights, hotels, guides - the complete programme over 3.5 weeks was delivered. Every single item.

Ours was a private couple trip to Vietnam and Combodia arranged by Lance and Helen from Indochina tour company. The trip was meticulously planned as we had requested. Both Lance and Helen were extremely helpful and approachable and responded too all our questions immediately to our satisfaction. All the drivers, tour guides were also very courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. We had specially requested vegetarian food with Indian vegetarian wherever possible. The food arrangements were very satisfying . Helen went beyond the call of her duty to pack and deliver Indian vegetarian food in Ho Chi Minh City the day we arrived pretty late and restaurants were closing.

We visited Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Halong Bay , Siem reap. All the historic sites were well chosen and explained by the tour guides.
